Our 5-ton Bulldog frames and chassis are constructed from 10mm thick, precision laser-cut steel, featuring interlocking sides for enhanced stability. Each press is welded at both the top and bottom, with a robust 20mm top frame and footplate to ensure maximum strength.
 
Equipped with solid, high-quality aluminum plates, our presses include a thermocouple and cartridge heaters on each plate for even heating. The intuitive PID Controller features a high-luminance LED display, allowing for easy adjustments and a heat range of up to 1300°C. Plus, our 5-ton hydraulic system guarantees adequate pressure for optimal extraction.
